On 2 May I will be cycling from London to Paris (300km) in 24 hours to raise money for Sleep Pod, a charity providing Emergency Aid for the homeless!
On 2 May 2020 I will be cycling from London to Paris (300km) in 24 hours to raise money for Sleep Pod, a charity providing Emergency Aid for the homeless in Bristol.
The number of rough sleepers in this country has risen by 169% since 2010. People are dying on the streets with tragic regularity and large proportion of these deaths are a result of exposure to extreme weather conditions. A Sleep pod could help prevent these deaths. Sleep Pod provide insulated, self-warming, rain and wind resistant shelters that can help prevent these deaths!
Each Sleep Pod costs £25.00 to build and is constructed by a team of volunteers. So far over 1,000 Sleep Pods have been distributed and with your help I want to raise enough money to build and distribute 40 more!
