Bristol Creatives

Bristol Creatives is an artist-led networking and marketing initiative for visual and applied artists in the city.  This website acts as a friendly and informal meeting place and information centre for anyone interested in the arts in Bristol.  Originally set up with pilot funding from the Arts Council, we now rely on Gold Membership Subscriptions to ensure the network is financially sustainable.

Visual & Applied Artists

We currently have over 1500 creative people subscribed to our monthly e-bulletins most of whom are self-employed sole traders, are in small partnerships or work for arts organisations or businesses in the city.  Our members and subscribers include individual artists, makers, designers, illustrators, photographers, performers, musicians, street artists, film makers, animators, etc, as well as arts organisations, artists groups, cooperatives, venues, galleries, suppliers, etc.  So if your work involves creativity in any form and you are interested in meeting and networking with other creative people or you want to promote and market the work that you create or develop your business or practice then Bristol Creatives is for you.

Supporters & Funding

Bristol Creatives was originally granted pilot funding by the Arts Council England South West and Bristol City Council (2006-2008) but we now rely solely on Gold Membership subscriptions.
