Bearritos - £8K raised for Mexican restaurant

The Bearritos team wanted to raise funds to raise awareness of their new Mexican street food business and to cover the cost of Kitchen equipment, electrics, plumbing, upholstery, dining area, branding and finishing touches.  

People who pledged to the campaign received great discounted food deals and helped the team raise much needed start-up money. The Bearpit community group received a sustainable source of funding from rent paid directly to them. This helped the Bearpit team to carry on their work, such as creating a community garden, many more art installations by local artists, developing the market, local history projects, events and music, outdoor play things for children and adults and so much more.
