Launch Pad - Amed - Bali
Get ready for a new concept establishment in Bali that has never been done before.
Launch Pad is a BMX and Mountain Bike adventure park in Bali located only 500 meters to the beach. The project is already more than 70% of the way through construction. We are looking for funds to construct a 600 meter long mountain bike track on the mountain behind us. A foam pit for big airs and practicing tricks. A 200 meter long zip line. Plus other wooden ramps and a halfpipe.
Andrew Shanahan the creator has completed 6 projects to date in Indonesia consisting of surf resorts and a GYM. Now onto an adventure sports complex specializing in BMX and Mountain biking. About this project
Launch Pad consists of a main 2 story house (completed) 100,000 liter pool (completed) Open-air rooftop restaurant (completed) kitchen and bathrooms will be completed by 14th September 2019. Also included are 3 dual-level bungalows, and a 10 person dorm. The whole project will be finished by 30th December 2019 at the latest. Regular parties will be held at the complex featuring BMX dirt jumping competitions and DJ sets. The open air restaurant is perfect for morning yoga sessions, and afternoon beers. The menu will be health focussed with favorites such as fresh coconuts, health power shakes, wheat grass shots, awesome salads, vego nasi goreng Dewi special, and the signature lentil veggie soup.
There are currently 4 huge tabletops and a smaller snake run. Soon a concrete snake run for skateboards will be built. The project is 500 meters to the beach and in a beautiful setting, close to many restaurants. Amed is the next hot spot of Bali. Tourism is already established in this small coastal town .

The mountain behind Launch Pad is perfect for various downhill mountain bike tracks. Also trekking in this super amazing location. Surrounded by untouched mountains and nature.
The project in total will cost approx $300,000 AUD all of which has been funded by Andrew Shanahan. Only a little extra is required for the construction of the MTB track, foam pit, zip line, wooden ramps and halfpipe.
$30,000 USD is required for this set up.

Risks and challenges
The location was purposely chosen to be away from the beach and close to the mountains in case of a tsunami. Situated 50 meters above sea level as an extra safeguard.
Risks of the project not being completed 100% are nil as this is Andys 6th project in Indonesia and knows how to get things done professionally and on time.
The capital stated for this raise is only for the extras to make it one of the best bike parks in the world. And we hope that you are able to be a part of this potential world famous project.
