What is Studio 7?

Studio 7 is a voluntary organisation run by a family of professional singers, musicians, producers, engineers, agents, managers and record labels. 

Together we mentor & coach, voluntarily, young talented potential artists by developing, confidence and self esteem, including regular opportunities to showcase live. 

We take pride in developing young talent, who would not otherwise get a chance to spread their wings  

Our ultimate goal is to develop these artists and provide a gateway into the music industry.

We have an on-going fundraising requirement to raise 8K per year just to cover basic costs. As we explore different funding options we are delighted to go live with our Fundsurfer open-ended campaign with no target or deadline we can raise funds all year long, adding great new rewards and experiences to the project including tickets to the Bristol Regional Youth Music Awards 2015, discounted entry to fundraising events, monthly newsletters and other seasonal events.

Why is Studio7 important and why do you need funding?

We help young people, many of which are coming from very difficult backgrounds and circumstances and we build their confidence and ability, instilling a sense of pride and happiness at what they are achieving and enjoying. This kind of work is so important but often overlooked and underfunded. We don't receive any public sector funding and have been self funded for many years and now due to demand we have to develop our funding plans.
