My name is Rohani Jab, and I am the founder of a registered health and beauty business in Malaysia. Since 2015, I have dedicated my time and effort to developing quality products and serving customers across the country.

Over the years, my business has grown through hard work, trust, and customer support. What started as a small business gradually became my primary source of income and a long-term commitment to helping people through quality health and beauty products.

Today, I am reaching out because my business is facing one of its biggest challenges, and I am determined to rebuild it.

For more than a decade, my business operated successfully and served customers throughout Malaysia. However, everything changed when my TikTok Shop was unexpectedly suspended.

The suspension severely disrupted my business operations and prevented me from accessing a significant amount of sales revenue. Without sufficient cash flow, I was unable to restock products, continue marketing activities, or maintain normal business operations.

This campaign is not about starting a new business—it is about rebuilding one that has already been established through years of dedication.

To reduce future risks, I am diversifying my sales platforms, strengthening inventory management, improving financial planning, and ensuring the business is no longer dependent on a single marketplace.

These improvements will help create a stronger and more resilient business for the future.
