Fistful of Change, digital edition, download issues?

Dear backer,

We've had feedback that a few people didn't find it very easy to download and listen to the album via our previous link. 

Please accept our apologies for this. We belong to the era of vinyl, cassettes, diphtheria and sabre-toothed tigers and are basically just sat here prodding at incomprehensible technology like Laika, the Sputnik dog. 

We want you all to be able to enjoy the music that you helped to make possible, so we've found an easier way to get the music to you. 

Your digital edition of 'Fistful of Change'

Here it is, with our undying gratitude for your kind support, your digital copy of the album. 
For those of you waiting for physical copies, tee shirts and other gifts, we ask you to bear with us for just a little while longer. All going to plan, we should be able to present you with those personally at the launch gig next week or by post shortly thereafter.

The album is finished!

To everyone who backed our project, once again we thank you. 

We're delighted to announce that the album is finished and really excited for you to hear it!

It's going to take about a week to get the CDs made and printed, the process has begun and then we'll deliver them to you in person or by post as soon as we can, along with the tee-shirts that we spent a merry weekend making. Your gifts will be with you very soon!

For those of you that ordered a digital version of the album, there will be an email coming to you very soon with a secure download link.

Release imminent!

Firstly, thank you once more for being a part of this album.

We're finally at the stage where the end is in sight and we expect to have the album completed and released digitally by the end of the month!

Physical CDs should be in the post in the first week of March, along with T shirts and other goodies for those of you that ordered them. If you haven't yet given us a postal address for CDs and shirts, please drop us a line at contact@thelayers.me.uk

A huge barrier broken!

Wow! Thanks to all of our amazing backers, we broke the £1000 mark today.

Thank you all so much. We set a really ambitious target and we're still hoping for a really strong finish in the last week of our campaign. Please continue to share the campaign with anyone you can think of; a little nudge here, a hint about a possible Christmas gift there... every single donation gets us that little bit closer. 

An amazing start!

To all our backers so far, thank you! With your help, we're over a quarter of the way to our target already. 

As well as the pledges, it's been wonderful to receive so many kind and encouraging words. 

We've received our first request for a cover version, we're going to keep it a secret for now but let's say that you prog fans are going to want to pledge for the special edition!
